I’m Back!

I haven’t posted in a long time, for a number of reasons.  But now I’m back. I may not always post recipes – some days I may post musings on life. Right now I am musing on what to make for dinner…and maybe when I figure that out I’ll post it.

By the way, while I was primarily posting low-fat recipes, I may post more general recipes, although I am still primarily eating a lower fat diet.

ABOUT KAREN

I have lost 200 pounds. I did not do it through surgery – I don’t like knives and needles – or by joining a club, vigorous exercise, or rigorous dieting. I did it by gourmet cooking. To be precise, by cooking low fat, really delicious food. I love to cook as much as I love to eat. Food magazines are some of my favorite reading. I would feel deprived if I couldn’t have the sensuous experience of good food crossing my lips.
